No. MSMperfect is excellently tolerated. Even with higher dosages of several scoops. However, every metabolism is individual and its starting point is different. For example, some people react to the initial energy boost with difficulty falling asleep. I recommend drinking MSMperfect in the morning after getting up and reducing the dosage if necessary. In the long run, the self-regulation settles on a higher energy level all by itself, so that we can enjoy our plus of energy during the day, fall asleep easily at night and wake up refreshed in the morning.

Very simple! Dissolve once a day in 0.2-0.3l water, drink, ready! Gladly with a meal, but also completely independent of any meal. I like to use the energizing effect in the morning to go through the day full of energy and performance.

In my experience, there is no problem here. Nevertheless, I cannot rule out possible interactions with individual medications. That is why I advise you to keep a one-hour safety distance from taking your medication.

I am bothered by the numerous fillers and additives. In addition, everyone finds it difficult to find his individual dosage. It is not uncommon that higher MSM dosages are needed (i.e. more than 2g daily), but who, for example, likes to stuff eight or even more 500mg tablets or capsules into themselves every day. Yes, of course! The amount of maltodextrin is with 2g per level scoop only 1/6 BE. 1 BE corresponds to 12 g of carbohydrates. A thin slice of white bread (25 g) contains exactly 1 BE, hence the name "bread unit". Even several daily doses of MSMperfect are far from that.

I prefer purified and restructured water. In principle, MSMperfect can be enjoyed in any drink, vegetable smoothie, fruit juice, still/loud mineral water, fruit tea. I generally do not recommend drinking soft drinks and energy drinks. If, then it should remain a rare exception.

Due to the special formulation and special purity you need less of MSMperfect than of conventional MSM, but to find the personally successful dosage is always individual. A health-damaging deficiency of bioactive molecules, which can only be compensated by MSMperfect, affects each of us, - but to different degrees. By the way, until today this deficiency cannot be determined exactly in the laboratory. In order to profit sustainably from MSMperfect, it is very important to find your own individual dose.

Definitely yes! Of course, this also applies to the breastfeeding period. Especially for detoxification purposes, MSMperfect may of course also be offered to small children. And although the age range of those seeking advice from me has so far been between 17 and 97 years, children and adolescents under the age of 17 may also enjoy their daily portion of MSMperfect (1/2 - 1 scoop).
