Shipping

A shipment of the goods is standardly only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the shipment will be made by DHL or by freight forwarding.

The respective shipping costs can be found in the data below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an email (insert email address) before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, since we must inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Within the German mainland we ship free of charge.

II. dispatch outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Great Britain with a flat shipping fee of 12,00€ gross.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
